Welcome to Audubon Park!

Emmanuel Episcopal Church is in the heart of the Audubon Park Garden District, recently named Orlando’s “Hippest ‘Hood,” bringing young, well-educated families to an area that is transforming Audubon Park and its environs. A short bike ride away is Baldwin Park, an upscale, master-planned, Live/Work/Play neighborhood with some of the highest socioeconomic demographics in Central Florida. We are also located just three miles from both downtown Orlando and Winter Park.

The most recent and exciting news about our neighborhood is the master plan for Orange County’s and Audubon Park’s K-8 school.  Click here to learn what’s coming our way, with building starting in January 2016.

In 2014, professors and graduate students in Rollins College’s Master of Planning in Civic Urbanism program researched and prepared a plan and methodology for making Audubon Park Orlando’s first EcoDistrict.  Click on the links below to access these two PDF reports. (They are rather long and may take some time to download. Good time to go make a cup of tea and grab a cookie.)
